★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is not your usual prawn mee, though it does have the same noodles used for it if you like. Try it with the "Mee Kia" noodles that gives the dish a less starchy mouth feel.
The highlight of the dish is the fried pork chop and deep fried prawns!
Positioned at the corner of kopitiam, keep an eye out for them!

Hong Kong for the dry version. All parts are timed so it’s cooked to the perfection. Noodles are aldante QQ. The sauce is the noodles are just moist enough and full of great umami taste. The prawns were fresh and hard to come of the shell (unfresh prawns come of shell easily) The pork cutlet is delicious and well marinated, again fried to the perfection. The prawn soup that comes with is thick and full of flavour. I’ll be Back for more. Chef today 19/9 at 8pm is a gentleman that was friendly and kind and told me how He cooked to the right timing set by his boss.

How tender this pork chop is. Pound for pound i would rate it better than most western food counterparts. Prawns are decently huge and solidly crispy. Free flow pepper and spice powder to enhance the your soup or tastebuds. Legit!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are selling what I ❤️ again! The sizzling hotpot rice! Pork chop is well marinated and tender, coated with a thin crispy coating. Rice is fragrant and gets more flavourful as I continue to chew on. Satisfying big portion on a hungry day! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best prawn noodle I’ve ever eaten. The prawn soup is very flavorful and thick which I super love. It came with pork chop and 2 fried prawns. You can choose to switch the pork chop with another 2 fried prawns if you prefer all prawns. The noodle is really delicious and the presentation is pretty. I will definitely come back here again. ? also, I think it is totally a restaurant quality but the price is affordable. What a gem!
