β β β β β Incident happened around 1030pm on 13 Jan. Staff was standing at the entrance and there were stocks blocking the entrance. This would have been fine if not for the fact that the staff was talking to the delivery people who were not doing anything at all. I would have left at this point but wanted to confirm if the shop would be closed for stock take however I was blatantly ignored by the staff who just looked at me and continued to talk to the delivery people while blocking the entrance. At this point I left but there were still some customers waiting for service from the staff inside the shop yet was ignored as well.
