 This Baimei is very clean, I like it very much, the things are neatly arranged

糟糕的体验，服务员一问三不知，态度不好，没笑容，我要反馈的是，我是百美会员，我有拍会员卡照片，会员卡也是我本人的，可是我没有带卡，不让我积分，第一次我已经打电话给百美公司反馈了，可是还是没有改进，这次是第二次，我以为公司应该会交代下来，而有所改进，只要确认那张卡是那个客人的，就可以给客人积分，服务员坚持不让我积分，真的让我大失所望，一颗心我都不想给，希望得到贵公司的一个解释。
