Kim do for me The Eye lash lift, microneedling and lip blushing,it’s was really perfect and I love the outcome.Every month I do the session for microneedling facial and probably this is one of my routin to her.keep up the good job kim..you are the best???

Did lip blushing here, and Kim is so friendly and nice. It was a 2 session service, 1st session was to do colour correcting- with numbing it didn’t hurt (even fell asleep ?). 2nd session took place about 8 weeks after the 1st, this time you could feel the needle on your lips even after numbing, but it was bearable (depending on your pain tolerance also). Overall great experience, love the outcome of the lip blushing! Thanks Kim ☺️

Worse experience ever ! On 17 Feb I went to 93 lash lounge Tai Seng to do my lash lifting service by Kimberly - a Vietnamese lady. I was there to wait around 5 mins and was my turn. The result was great but my lashes were looking burnt after 2 days. I was concerned and contacted Kim again. She offered to refund or redo the service. I made another appointment with her and had to cancel due to the work travel schedule and I was really ill. On 11 March I made another appointment with her and I told her id be late to the rain and couldn’t get the grab. She was telling me she cancel one client for me I had to come on time. I told her I had no choice and I wasn’t late before. I asked for fully refund since our time never matched and she told me only 30% refund due to company policy. She never shown me any policy and telling me I’m too late for asking 100% refund. This is ridiculous! I got the evidence of how my lashes were damaged and I told her I wouldn’t be comfortable to do it with her. She said I wasn’t understanding to cancel the appointment because I was super sick at that time ? I never encountered any lash technician like this and whatever how many years of experience she has. This is poor handling of unfulfilled service & bear in mind, their slots are super difficult to book, now I don't even understand why they will have return customers.. or maybe all of them just go once? I dare not to come back because she may burn my lashes again!!

First time taking time to put in a review for my lash therapist. Highly recommend Kimberly's lash services. She is patient, never pushy with sales and most importantly great lashcraft skills that can actually put you to sleep during the session.

I first came here for lip blushing and I was really worried about the procedure, however Kim is very reassuring and professional, she explained her steps clearly and made the whole experience great. She is very attentive and will constantly check with me if it's too painful, it is overall bearable. She even contacted me later to follow-up to make sure the results turn out well. I just came back here to try their lash-lift and tint and I'm really satisfied as well! Impressive service and satisfying experience for both visit! Kim is not only skilful and professional, but such a darling as well! I will definitely come back here again and recommend their service to anyone.

This is my second time doing with Kim. Very beautiful effect after doing the lash lift and tint. Amazed by the results and Kim did it very skilfully and she's very pleasant and professional. I have very sensitive eyes but there was no discomfort. Love it! Will do it again ? Like

Lydia and Kimberly are the best!! They were really professional and handled my lashes really well. There’s even snacks and they gave out complimentary water bottle too! I’ve always been scared as my lashes are very thin and sensitive and they have been so kind and gentle throughout the whole process. The waiting time isn’t long and the area is clean and well managed! Would definitely come back here again!!
