★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Past one year because of pandemic I have put on almost 10 kg and my work life was not giving me time to lose weight, I came across Absolute Wellness and I decided to try this option as it is a natural way of loosing weight. After I start my sessions I had doubts in my mind but still I followed their meal plans and their instructions and I am happy to write this that I have lost 5kgs in about 10-12 sessions ( sometimes I ate food I like??). Thanks to Absolute Wellness and team specially Miss Suki and Miss Stella they are excellent! Definitely recommend Absolute Wellness who have no time to go out for gym and still want to lose weight.
