★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 这间公司旗下的店可以不用经过顾客的允许，把顾客已经付款预定的东西卖给其他的顾客。店员声称经过老板的允许，她自己也不想卖的。个人觉得这种没有诚信的店铺，不会再想去购买了。去到店面和店员理论的时候，还要被店员说再故意刁难她而且一去到就咄咄逼人。请问一下如果你已经付款后的东西被人擅自卖给其他人，你会开心吗？

The clerk claimed that with the permission of the boss, she did not want to sell it herself. Personally, I think this kind of store without integrity will not want to buy it again. When she went to the store to argue with the clerk, she was told by the clerk that she would deliberately make things difficult for her and she would be aggressive as soon as she arrived. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience with this company. I bought a TV box from them at Sim Lim Sq, which came with 6 months warranty. The TV box stopped working within a month. I called the service line and was told to bring the box to the stall. I explained that I cannot go into the building because of my vaccination status. The gentleman on the line just told me simply "like that I can't help you. " When I told him that's not being responsible and that he should at least provide alternative solutions, I got a slew of four letter words. That's the person on the service hotline.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience with the salesperson. Avoid shop at all costs. The male saleperson is very rude and unprofessional. Went shops 3 times within a week just to resolve tv box issue. It was a faulty hardware. Shop is at #02-58. Asked me to pay more for higher model as they ran out of stock. What I don't understand is they insisted I was doing a trade in. Why is it a trade in when the issue is because you don't have replacement unit and also since I am now considering paying more for a higher end model, why do I need to use back the old accessories from the broken unit? Sales person grumble non stop n just hurried me away.
