β β β β β Bad services and some staffs are so arrogant. Messy instructions by the staffs (one staff asked me to wait here, another staff asked me to go inside a room, after that one staff asked me to queue outside the room, another staff asked me to sit down and wait first, don't know which instruction I need to follow, the staffs mentioned above are 4 different staffs).
