Part 2 :- 3)My guest was being serve with Bento set instead of being served properly.. His reason was ridiculous as he said he told me already but he didnt.. And at that point of time my guest was less than 50 pax and i wanted them to eat while waiting for us to change to our 2nd outfit.. What would my family n friends say abt not being serve food n den last minute Bento set?!! After abit of arguement frm my end he finally serve my guest properly and told me that he took the food frm the bento set.. Something like transfer to a plate la.. My main concern was my guest so i just acknowledge.. After the event he passed me another 30 bento set... So i told him i dun think its suppose to be 30 but he insist that he plated 70 bento set for my earlier guest to eat when there was roughly 40 pax that attended my wedding coz the rest cant come in due to yet to get vaccinated n swabber MIA... So who eat the missing bento set?! But still we gave in coz we were most n greatest upset abt our photo n that should be fix no doubt the other services we received did not meet our standards n watever the positive reviews n comments on the internet.. 4)We Pengantin didnt even manage to eat at the table as a newly wedd after we changed to the 2nd outfit... We were force to choose either we eat or we do the cake cutting n we r done n over with.. Why?? Becoz that unprofessional photographer took up alot of our time taking pictures of hidious angles after our Nikah which i told him i dun like the background n i did voice out the angle is abit off.. But yet we were being ignored.. Abg Aidil didnt even put in effort to ensure us pengantin seated n eat even for awhile.. Instead he even rushed us to end our speech after the cake cutting coz they need to clear the ballroom.. Where is his customer service orientated behaviour? Dun he feel bad for doing all this unrightful things to us?!! Seriously the only thing that had gone our way like we expected was Our Mak Andam(Frida Touch Bridal).. No hiccups No disappointment.. Thumbs up for giving us the best experience that we would remember till the end.. But till now Abg Aidil.. All our left hanging issues.. When n how are u gonna resolve this issue for us?? Its like a waiting game.. And who shall be the one to fix this unacceptable situation??

Part 1 :- Patience has it's limits.. And we think this is it.. This is too the limit.. Being bluetick by ure wedding event planner till now is no joke.. I've been waiting for months for him to get back to me but to no avail.. Instead the last convo we had, he ask me to report to the Police straight without even trying to resolve the issue.. How reliable is he right? Let me share with u guys my story.. The unfortunate story.. We engaged The Iris last year July 2021.. Reading all the positive reviews, looking at their page in Fb with all the happy Pengantin pictures n comments, definately its making us confidently wanting to book The Iris.. Its like this is it we found our dream venue, caterer and all that The Iris had in the package.. Its like all in one package so we dun need to worry anything else n just allow the wedding event planner to do the magics.. We entrusted our wedding event to Abg Aidil.. And yet Abg Aidil terribly disappoint us.. Didnt expect such behaviour frm him.. We didnt left any outstanding amt with Abg Aidil, in fact we paid full upon signing up the package.. Maybe that was our mistake to pay in full for a huge disappointment.. Eventually nearer to our dates due to some personal issues and our kadi wasnt available, we had to change our wedding date to a later date.. Finally we fix our wedding on the 31st July 2021.. Due to high demand of booking, we had to change our venue to the Amaris Arena Country Club instead as The Iris or The Grand Dahlia as both wasnt available.. Left with no choice we agreed to the venue thinking that its all under one company so should be okay.. But it turn out to be a disaster.. 1) They got us an unprofessional freelance photographer to replace their hired professional photographer that they promised. And all our wedding photo was in a RUINED!!! Nothing came out nice or decent!! The angle of all the photos was not right!! We look terrible in all the photos and none of the photos pleases us!!! Wedding photo is the most important things of all.. It kept all the memories of our wedding but what happened to ours?! RUINED!! And yet our Abg Aidil didnt inform us beforehand abt the unavailability of the photographer prior to our wedding day!! Is that right?! He just kept quiet abt it when he knew abt the arrangement of the photographer.. After collecting the album and the thumbdrive of our wedding.. We happily went home to take a look at it.. We opened the 1st page and immediately i cried in anger.. Its so hidious n disappointing!! Next the thumbdrive.. Thinking that at least it covers back the pain we had frm the photo album.. Guess wat?! All the files was corrupted.. I tried all means n ways to open the files in the thumbdrive but nope!! Files corrupted!! I thought maybe i was wrong till i have afew of our cousins to try looking into it.. And the answer was the same Files Corrupted!! And yet when i told Abg Aidil.. He either took a very long time to get back to me or worst he just bluetick me.. And till now the issue is left hanging.. Is that the right service supposed to be provided by a wedding planner?? 2)Abg Aidil told me otp that on the wedding day there will be a swabber in case if my guest needs to get swab done before coming in to the ballroom.. He even told me how much it cost n all.. And suddenly on that day itself, swabber missing la.. MIA swabber.. When i ask him abt it, he say he didnt say ade swabber.. Then who was the one that spoke to me abt it? Funny right? So i dun wanna argue i just let it off becoz i dun wanna spoil my mood on my wedding day... No doubt most of my guest was outside unable to enter... I told myself i will explain to them later.. TBA....

I ve attendded 2 weddings here with my hubby. Both times we enjoyed the food tremendously.. But most of all, we loved the way, we were taken care by Erra n her team. Erra had very efficiently ttaken care of the guests ensuring that we have enough to eat. Keep up the good work.

I am so impress by the big chandeliers,it's was a total revamp from the previous one...newly fully renovated, high ceiling, At 1st I and my partner was not sure to view this place or not, but as I step in the ballroom, the decor and Wedding Dias was so beautiful and we decided to sign their wedding packages. Thanks to Miss Hazriah for the time you spent with us and for answering our question.

The experience engaging Amaris D Arena has been a positive one. The liaison officer was very patient with all our questions and requests which we really appreciate. The food was nice, ambience really nice and emcee was great too. Overall was a good experience. One thing I would suggest would be to have usage of wifi as part of e package. The reason for misusing wifi is not valid since you can always change the password. This would really help if we want to perform our own video streaming.

I booked my wedding here, overall i had an amazing experience. My partner and i are truly lucky to have Hazriah as our Event Planner. She is the best. She ensure everything goes smoothly even at a very last minute things. She cater to our needs. The foods, the ambience, the deco was amazing. My guests love the food so much! it was a smooth event for me and my partner.

It was so easy to liase with Hazriah from Amaris! She was always prompt in answering my questions. Alhamdulillah our big day went very well! Received alot of feedbacks from our guest on the ambience and the food! So happy we chose Amaris!

From the time I signed with Amaris, my wedding journey has been awesome. It was an absolute pleasure to deal with Mr Aidil, who guided, advised & shared his excellent knowledge on covid wedding, making our plans easy. Everything was great on my wedding day: venue, food, decor, music, etc. A huge thank you to Mr Aidil & his team at Amaris.
