Ambassador Transit Hotel - Airport Blvd.

On 4th February 2022, I missed the flight to New Zealand. We stayed in this hotel. The staff aren't friendly and so mean. Food is not good at all. Please eat outside. Also please don't trust their words because when next shift staff takes over they disregard the previous receptionist's instructions and support. So get it in writing. Really did not enjoy at all.

I checked in today 20 June at 11:45pm and the receptionist (left side when entering) was extremely rude. As a person working in hospitality for years, I do not accept this level of service for the price that I pay. A disabled room was given without notice, and I did not require this room type. Will not come back.

We enjoyed our stay because outside you have wear mask. Please book prior as they have no booking available… Room service!! Not fancy ? You can’t get Aussie hospitality here? Say No culture ?? you can feel it everywhere. After Covid!! Amid changes!! Not like before. Good luck ? your trip to Singapore ??..

Clean - which is the most important thing. The food provided is nothing great at all - so you are better off eating in the terminal restaurants. Bed was too hard for me so I had problem sleeping - I think it is a low end hotel mattress. At least we can get a nice shower here.

It was very convenient, but book in advance because I think it is most of the time full. Staff was very helpful, I had a 12 hours layover and they let me know exactly when a room might be available. Strongly recommend this place, they also provide a meal for a 6 hour stay.

In the absence of advanced booking done prior to ones arrival, you get on to the wait-list with no option of being contacted pro-actively by them when a room becomes available. The rooms are neat, clean and functional. Sadly, the food tray that was ordered did not get delivered for over an hour and had to be forsaken as it was close to the last boarding call. The staff do make you feel that they are doing the customer a huge favor by whatever service they provide.

The room was clean and the toilet was good. Service and staff were excellent. However we were provided meals that were not fit to eat. We feel the food was prepared days prior to it being served. I would recommend that the hotel do away with serving these meals or get better quality food that is in line with the quality of the hotel and its staff.

I booked my flight from SFO to Vietnam ?? with an 11.5 hour layover in Singapore so I could visit the "Jewel". I booked a 6 hour stay at this fine establishment and it was worth every penny! After my 16.5 hour flight to Singapore, I quickly found the Hotel checked in and showered and got about 4 hours of sleep. I ordered the included meal and ate before checking out just before noon. Refreshed, I made my way to the magnificent "Jewel" and spent several hours enjoying it before going back to terminal one and checking in for my flight to Vietnam. You do need to clear customs to leave terminal 3 but it was quick and easy the day I did it. The hotel stay was great! The room was modern and clean with all the amenities you might need. The bed was comfortable and the A/C was nice and cold for sleeping. The staff was wonderful at every step of my stay. I highly recommend a stay here. A little pricey for 6 hours but nothing beats some good sleep after a long haul flight. My thanks to Management and staff on a job well done!
