★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought 2 small Pandan cakes for $9 on 3-Feb for CNY but the inside was uncooked . Didn't the staff seen it when they placed the cakes in the box or the bakers saw it when removin fr bakin tins?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is one particular woman manning the waffle station. What a rude and racist individual, she was making snide remarks in Chinese. Looking at the reviews of this sad place there's other customers who feel the same way about this. I've never ever patronised this place again. You can get better bread and waffle at the other two bakery's in rivervale plaza.

Bought a rainbow cake on 16 December for birthday.
Tagged at 15 bucks, charged me 18 bucks.
Cake was not fresh. Hard sponge cake.
Taste horrible. Birthday ruined.

TERRIBLE SERVICE.
Bought waffles once and was given the silent service, which I thanked her instead.
Bought 2 walnut cakes yesterday, asked her to cut. She asked me to pay and wait long long. Then when she finally cut for me, she looked at me and said 'why you so like that.' I have no idea what is her problem. Left feeling?
