It wasn’t so at all when I engaged AP Motors. I was blown away by the wonderful pre-sales and post-sales service from Francis (my dependable POC) and Wayne (advisor and guru). I was walked through every step of the purchase, areas that I was required to manage (spoon-fed with details and links) and openly shared with on where to hunt for additional services / enhancements that I was considering.
