โ โ โ โ โ Estate with no facilities or amenities pretentiously pretending to be something it is not. Both rude as well as obnoxious management and after a argument the management wanted to call the police saying it is harressment.

โ โ โ โ โ Laid back estate. Sunbird/apollo area is very calming and quiet. Except for the resident hornbills which you can see from your windows! With the east coast plan, I can definitely see more effort in making the surrounding areas more green. No amenities but doesn't matter- no one even uses the BBQ pit and it keeps the monthly maintenance low.
