Dr Sheila is very patient. She listens and addresses one's queries, and she explains very well for the lay person to understand.

The worst front desk in SG… unbelievable

My experience from the first day has been horrible with the front desk. I called multiple times to arrange my first appointment. I had to write an email to finally arrange one. I saw the Dr and she was nice. Later for my next appointment the front desk will randomly book. When I have requested to change they usually say they are full. Even appts 2 months in advance they will book according to their convince. Today I called in to ask for an appointment 4 weeks from now ... asked to be on waiting list for 2 pm Friday and the lady said ok. But guess what clinic is open only till 12 pm . I don't understand how the front desk cant even mention they are open only till 12. Basically I just feel they are not helpful at all. If I could rate the clinic minus zero I could do that

Front desk service is horrible. They are not doing their work properly when they are charging high fees. Had to keep going after them to chase for updates, documents and medical advice. I sent an email to the doctor on a Monday seeking medical advice as the medication she had prescribed for my persistent fever of close to three months is not working since my temperature bounced back to 38 degree celcius. however, there was no reply from her. Waited till Wednesday before I started calling once on that day to send a gentle reminder, followed by another call on Thursday and another two calls on Friday before the doctor finally got back to me. The front desk still sounded impatient as though I am an annoyance. Doctor asked me to come back for review 4 weeks later on two separate occasions but the front desk had given me appointments at least 6 weeks later citing no slots twice. They also tend to give way excess medicine to you. Doctor is not sincere in helping patient too. Absolutely bad experience.

I have no problems with Dr Sheila Vasoo since she was very nice, friendly and detailed during my consultation with her. She listens to our every question and gave us a very informative answer. On the other hand, based on the previous reviews about the staff, I have to agree that they were not the best team especially when you call them over the phone. You talk to them as if everything is a blur and will make you feel as if it was your fault for not following instructions properly. They have to understand that not everyone knows the process esp if it was their first time learning all these medical things about infertility. Even after explaining to them they still couldn’t advise properly until they advise you to send an email instead. Email I sent wasn’t even answered. There is one staff though who actually changed my view about the clinic staff. I called in again earlier and was lucky enough to be assisted by the staff named Ellane. She was very accommodating to all my enquiries and never did she make me feel like I am wasting her time asking all these questions. She was very friendly and punctual enough to give me a callback (for an update) because she was honest enough to tell me that she has to consult Dr Vasoo first and verify w her. This was never offered to me last week when I called their clinic and instead was told to send email. ??‍♀️ Thank you Ms Ellane for being so kind and helpful earlier. Keep up the good work. :) Next time I call, I will have to look for you instead. God bless!

Front desk staff called my wife to persuade her to cancel her appointment just TWO days before an appointment that we scheduled over two months in advance (and also reconfirmed in person just a few weeks back). Reason is that Dr. Sheila Vasoo prefers not to see miscarriage patients as she would like to focus on arthritis patients. We were told that if we wish to see Dr Vasoo still, she would see us "out of goodwill" as the appointment was made a long time ago. It is one thing for Dr Vasoo to pick and choose her patients, but another thing for the clinic to inform so late when they could have done so weeks ago. We could have found another doctor instead of waiting for two months to see Dr Vasoo. Further, the staff was quite condescending in the way this was communicated to us. We would recommend patients to stay away from this clinic.
