★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought Fave Voucher for Aircon service. Their responsiveness is slow. Their workers did not turn up for appointment. Totally disappointment. You will regret if you engage them. I may bring them to Case.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ V bad experience. PLS DO NOT ENGAGE THEM. They took one week to get back to me on the appt date. On the day of the appt, they said the worker took urgent leave and they have to reschedule the appt. On the rescheduled date, they changed the time from 1130am to 730pm. I cancelled the appt eventually.

Took one week just to get an appointment after chasing for 6 days. Confirm the appointment the day before . The guys never came and unless I send a message no one inform me: apparently the van broke but it is not important to inform your client. Wasting half day waiting for nothing .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolute nightmare to deal with, bought voucher through Fave on 12 Feb and on 29 Feb they did not respond to my booking request. Went back and forth with Fave multiple times and despite my effort they still haven’t contacted me yet. Please do yourself a service and never ever engage them. The worst.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their air conditioning servicing was featured on Fave. Terrible service. They promised 1 day turnaround to confirm an appointment time. It took a week to schedule the appointment.
On the day of the appointment, they came 2 hours late. Completely unacceptable. Will not use again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a voucher through Fave. The vendor was completely uncontactable on the phone number provided (calls, whatsapps) despite repeated attempts. Called the main line trying to schedule an appointment and was once again redirected to the same phone number. I gave up and cancelled the voucher after two days - was refunded but now money is stuck in Fave cashback... I later found out on Fave that a number of other users had very bad experience with this vendor and also Fave. I guess it's my mistake for not checking reviesw, so hopefully this helps others. A complete waste of time and a lot of frustration. Please avoid.
