Disappointing food, extremely bad customer service.

wanted to make bkt but was unsure of what cut i should get so i called them to enquire. their staff was very very helpful and very very patient with me, i was so appreciative. in addition the meat i ordered came chilled and tasted extremely fresh. would order again!!

Please be careful with this wholesaler !!! Many of my orders are always short shipped and if you don’t check they will keep quiet and not refund your money. Felicia isn’t very helpful at all and doesn’t care about correcting the issues. All they care about is cheating honest paying customers !!!!

I have used them multiple times for ordering whole chicken, lamb shoulder and beef brisket and have been happy with the product. Free delivery over 50sgd.

Ordered Whole duck and requested it to be deskinned and cut into pieces for curry. Very fresh duck meat and the vacuum packing was very professional. The deskinning and cut was very much as requested by me. Infact, they were able to accommodate my last minute request for an early delivery as my guests decided to arrive earlier. Waiting to try other products over the coming weeks. Thanks AW's Team.

Probably my first or second review lol. Chicken breast is good. However, the delivery, website and customer service is subpar. Bought three times. 1. Website - the website only indicates that your order is processing right after you pay and that's it. Who knows if it's on the way or not.. 2. Delivery - I don't know why but I always receive my orders late. I've always been waiting for the entire delivery duration of 2-6pm then it somehow appears after 6.30. Most recent delivery appeared at 7.20pm. I don't even know if it's on the way or not because there is no way of checking! Why give such a long timeslot when it's always late.. Making me waste my entire day for this. What if i was out after 2-6 and missed the order? Late until even the ice in the box turned into a puddle. Made me feel anxious during the whole 4hours, fearing to miss the delivery only to arrive late :)) 3. Whatsapp enquiries - don't bother. You have to follow up with them yourself. Asked to create an account because the website CMi after trying for days. Have to follow up on my own to check if the account was created. Business time is 5am-6pm. Want to ask about orders after 6pm also cannot because they dont reply anymore! Clever! Dont need to entertain late orders! So just have to wait until the order appears at god knows when. Sent a message to ask about the no-show, replied to the chat to clear the issue after. No basic follow-up sorry like 'sorry to hear that, our apologies for the late order'. At least customer feel better after hearing ykno. I guess the only salvation is the chicken breast. That's the only thing i bought after trying from NTUC Fairprice Online. Good price and good quality, not dry and smelly. Free delivery at min. $50. Recommended if you up for yummy protein. However, pls be prepared to wait for your order aimlessly. Or maybe I am just unlucky. :)

Really enjoyed their fresh steaks! Customer service on FB and phone is also very responsive and they customised the meat according to my requests. Will definitely visit them at their retail stores or order online next time.
