Balancez U (Yishun Central) - 925 Yishun Central 1

We stopped visiting balancez U Central Branch since June 2020. Xiaoqian massage very well but I realized she has serious attitude problem. I was having bad neck ache in June and during the 1.5 hr massage, I told her a few times to massage my neck but she simply ignored me and kept massaged other areas. When I finally told her one more time, she got angry and stared at me and said "你要怎么按"? Finally she pressed for 30 sec and said oh for neck we usually dont press because it is too painful for customer to handle. I was utterly shocked. After end of the session, my neck was still aching and the worst part was xiao qian asked me not to always look at handphone if not the neck ache will come back. She did not even massage my neck and that was the reason why I came for 1.5 hr massage. On the same day I called the male supervisor to complain but he did not call back at all. Anyway he seems to have slight attitude problem anyway. The best staff is actually CK from Nine Residence Branch. He is always very friendly and polite and will not hesitate to solve any issue for you in a professional manner. I realize Xiaoqian being the most popular girl in this store has become arrogant and will not listen to client's request. No matter how good she is, this is my first time experiencing such service from a Massage Therapist in Singapore, and thereafter will not patronize again. Thank you.

I love the foot massage. Cheap and skillful

Skillful masseurs are better than other massage palors that I went. The ginger oil is also good. Must try when doing body massage. The place is very cosy. Price is very affordable and reasonable. It become my massage place that I always go.

The skills of masseurs here are generally better than other massage palors that I've tried. My upper back pain is at a level where I can barely stand fully straight. after visited my body is much more relaxed, pain is elevated, and proper posture is regained. Price is very reasonable if you join the membership (by purchasing one time oil body massage). Definitely my go-to massage place.

Great place to have massage... Great massesur especially Coco and dina. In fact the friendliness of the staff make me feel comfortable.

I did a foot and shoulder at this place and Andy massage is awesome! I feel refreshed and reminded me the cause of the aching and how to help ease on my own. Dedicated in his work.

I wonder why this place have raving reviews, I would give it 0 stars if that's possible!!! I've never been more annoyed in my life with a massage parlour than I have with this place. I have a terrible back ache and that was the only place that accept last minute request. 5 mins after the masseuse (I can't remember her name, Mei?) starts massaging, she straight away go to sales talk bugging me to apply for member.ship I kept saying NO and told her I'm there to deal with the pain and its annoying, with the pain and chronic hard selling of package and she wouldn't shut up. Can you imagine for 1 freaking hr she won't stop yapping abt the membership program and her massage was just harsh and clumsy in handling my pain points. Next - I repeated upper back massage more than 3 times and yet they did the full body massage (price difference) and it wasn't even a full body, they just massaged the back because it took her 1 hr and not enough time to massage the front. (is that even my problem?) I was really annoyed and kept silent since they didn't respect my request... again with the hard selling of oil. She just used a ginger oil to massage without me agreeing to join member. (Apparently members get free oil upon signing up , otherwise, it's chargeable) And then suddenly this masseuse uses a machine - without telling me it's an additional cost. The machine is a Moxibustion treatment which I didn't feel a thing! What could have costs me $48, I ended up paying $100 plus. Even after the massage, I really wanted to cause a scene because of the hard-selling, the manager who proceeded with the payments was hard selling to join the member too. And I had to shout NO to make him stop and understand. There were so many people during that day that i can't question and I feel angry with myself for letting them behave this way to a customer. And the worst is, I'm still having back pain, in-fact the pain gets worst... I WILL NOT RETURN BACK AND MAKE SURE I SPREAD THIS TO MY FRIENDS IN THE NEIGHBOURHOOD!

No promotion package! It's good to be a member?. Andy the masseuse is amazing! Thank you Andy. Massage the soles of the feet is professional. The shoulders are also very relaxed. Removed the pain all over my body.
