The pork belly banh ni came with the option of adding an egg. Vegetables were fresh. Every bite delivered a punch of meat-licious sauce and fat. Bread was crispy.
Coconut Milk coffee - coconut a bit too strong for my liking, should have asked for less sugar. Still pretty strong.
Place has some seats, need to squat to enjoy food. Very authentic experience.

Drinks: not outstanding.
Dine in experience: only 2 low tables with stools between 2 rows/ shelves of merchandise, very cute :D

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly, I think this is the best Banh Mi in Singapore.
I tried their special and immediately loved it. The fillings were generous and the taste was perfect. The bread was crispy and the meal was filling enough for me.
Expect to wait, they can get really busy. But the staff were honest, courteous and warm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used to visit Vietnam quite a bit and ever since my first trip there I've been looking for a good banh mi that I could get in sg. This was it. With generous fillings and the taste being as close to the ones you get in Vietnam, I'd head down here whenever I have the craving. I do wish the pickled vegetables were a little more sour though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ May 2022 - Saw the numerous good reviews and finally decided to come here. Waited in all only about 10 minutes and my order was ready. The bread was light and the coriander gives the Banh Mi its distinct vietnamese taste. Ordered no. 5 and it was OK. The meat is more like those grilled meat sausage. A bit sweet. The pickles can be more sourish and more. Bought home and used air fryer to make hot. Didn't see any other e payment so be prepared to bring cash. The other groceries seems to be more expensive than other places.
For the Banh Mi, I think it's quite expensive. Would I come again? Probably no. Taste wise it's good, but for this price with no sit down area to eat, don't think I would make a trip specially. Parking is very easy though. Large surface carpark just right in front of the provision shop (it's at the corner).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly recommended for authentic taste, the staff are friendly when you need recommendations if you’re there for the first time. Had the roast pork sandwich and salt baked chicken sandwich. Both tasted great and worth the price and wait (20-30mins).Tried the spring/summer rolls which are freshly made but a little pricey. Their Vietnamese milk coffee was a little sweet but also worth a try. Would definitely go back for more in the future

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The ordering queue moves pretty quickly over the weekend. A bit uneasy as the queue ended up blocking the next door shop. While the queue moves quickly, the wait for the Banh Mi is around 30mins, pretty decent. The portion is pretty big, too much for a lady but good portion for a guy. Generous topping.
