I had a pleasent surprise from Inspector Chua and Officer Luke Chang who came at my doorstep to deliver a good bag. and dress in casual Tees & Shorts, looking very cool, which is an excellent idea with our hot weather.. Tried ro contact the numbers linked to this place for days. No one picks up the call. Even when someone does message left does not go through to the IO incharge as no call back received. Truly disappointed

Got arrested twice here and would get arrested again. Service was not the best but how would I know what the best is. The waiting time is unnecessarily long and boring but they provided me with comfy clothings to change out of. Gave me some excellent food, really would like to know where they got it from. Overall a pleasant experience for a not so pleasant event.

Waiting time can get long on weekdays. Building seems old and looks run down from outside. There is no elevator too. Wierd for a government building in 2021, to not have one. There's also no shelter from the entrance of the compound to the counter area itself.

At first, I have communicated with ASP Nah Kim Hong and SUPT Tan Pin Xiu in regards to this report. They have told me this is an serious crfime offence (under Dishonest Misappropriation of Property punishable under Section 403 of the Penal Code, Chapter 224) and they straight away asked me to send a details report to them to relook into the case. Suddenly, the case was routed to Bedok SPF offficers. Then, the Deputy OC (Nur Atiqah) and Justin Khaw from Bedok SPF division (General Investigation Squad 7) claimed the below action is not considered as a crime offence in Singapore even I have provided them all sort of evidences and witness person in regards to this case (as attached below). They just want to close the case fast without further investigation to the evidence that I have provided it to them. "A person broken into person's luggage without obtained a permission from the respective person and taken some of the valuable goods and published it at his carousell account and sold for own profits." So, actually I do not know what happened to the truthful of the entire investigation into this case (as they do not getting any statement from myside during the whole investigation and they just spend 1.5 months just closed the case as it is.) Therefore, I also have attached all the case reference for their reference into this case.

Don’t dare to say much. But what they done make me that feel that providing false allegation or providing false information to the public servant is not a crime any more~

Ridiculous…. Was informed to report for bail at 9am but till now not moving and no one in the report room. SPF please reflect.

Very disorganised. Counter no one maning and even phone call 62447200 no one picking up and leaving messages after messages for IO concerned to call back went unanswered and not responding for weeks even of repeating phone. Hope for better and improve services.
