First visit was attended to by Jestina and as mentioned by others, she’s good, attentive, and not pushy. However the second visit difference in experience was -3/10 and I foresee that the rest of the visits would probably not match up to the first impression. For my second visit, the service person was pretty rough with the hair washing, such that I could feel her nails, and her pushing against my ear piercings many times which was extremely uncomfortable. It was very forceful to the point that I just wanted to get it over and done with. Though I brought my lotion over, in the end I declined for her to assist me in applying. Even though they got the first visit right, at least ensure everyone has the minimum service standards.

My second time going to Bee Choo Origin at Jurong outlet and I am really grateful and happy for the experiences. Special thanks to Felice for sharing her knowledge and tips on how to take good care of my hair roots and conditions. She is very engaging and I would love to be served by her again!

There was definitely a positive difference to my scalp and hair after my first time visit to the Jurong branch. However, the next day, my neck had rashes all over! Did anyone else experience this? I suspect perhaps the towel or cloth covering they used wasn't clean. Hope they will look into it and keep better hygiene.

No pushy sales for their packages - obligation free. This is better than the Origin Bee Choo Dealers. Best to visit after 12pm (weekdays ) where more staffs will come in. Only 1 staff available in the morning. Entrance stairway at the back of the building.

I chose Bee Choo as an alternative to YN, before deciding on where to sign my packages. For context, for my hair length, I paid $68 at Bee Choo (hair treatment only) whereas I'd have paid $103 at YN (wash before treatment, treatment, wash, cut and style (curls)). I chose to try Bee Choo when I saw it on Instagram, believing that it would be an affordable alternative for more people to have access to hair care. However, the process did not meet my expectations in terms of customer service. First, I felt that the staff were unwelcoming. What was done well was that they called me early in the afternoon to confirm my appt with me. At 5.28, I was walking from the library and they called me again to confirm if I was coming -- my appointment was for 530, I don't think there's a reason to rush your clients like this? It's almost as though they leave themselves zero buffer down time, in order to churn sales, in the midst creating an unpleasant experience for their customers. I told them I was looking for the place and I was near the library-- instead of suggesting how I might find the place, the staff literally said "you cannot be late". I thought that was extremely unbecoming for customer service. When I arrived, there was also chatter on the sales volume for the day etc-- Personally, this left the impression that they were almost chasing targets? And did not actually care to deliver quality and personable (even if not PERSONALISED) care to their customers. [verdict] based on my logic, if you have short hair, the cost savings of Bee Choo would justify choosing BC over others. However, if you had long hair like me (or even longer, price is 78), I'd personally think twice if the $40 price difference is really worth it to give up premium service, cut and style, a professional environment and a dedication to creating an experience for customers? As it was my first time to BC, I had asked if they'd blow and style my hair (I was paying 68 bucks after all, not cheap)-- to which, the staff's reply was "no, we're not like a salon". I don't understand why Bee Choo markets itself as a salon but even the staff acknowledges that the service falls short of that? Overall, yes, the herbal treatment was delivered as advertised. However, I was disappointed that the experience promised by the Instagram influencer (paid ad) was not realised in my experience with Bee Choo. Bee Choo indicates that "Care" is one of its core values on its websites-- I'm not likely to come back again; it felt as though customer service was forgotten in the name of chasing profits. I respect the goal to become a household name delivering affordable services to locals-- Personally it didn't cut it for me.

First time I went to this shop (Jurong East branch) that my friend introduce me this shop. The service is good. Last time I have a lot grey hair. Now no more grey hair. I am very satisfied. Thank you the shop and Staff (Khin).

Great service and the staff do not hard sell on the packages and products. Probably because it was a weekday morning, but it felt really peaceful/comfortable and definitely will be coming back. Didn't get the names but thank you to those working on 29/06 morning! :)

I have been to Jurong outlet for Almost 2 years. One of my favourite outlet. Would like to compliment all the staffs working here. I personally like and enjoy the environment there. Glad that the staffs here at this outlet able to communicate well in English with me. Effective good value for money hair scalp herbal treatment for my oily scalp hair lost issues.
