Got my gel nails + soak off done at a COVID-19 special of $18. Nails were professionally done and I could choose up to 3 colours for my nails. Can’t stop raving about the experience!

One of the worst Saloon I have ever visited. Big Cheater, promise on Group-On something else to sell their vouchers and when it comes to delivery, they save on everything(Message, Facial, Steam). I bought a coupon from Groupon for them and visited them to avail the service. First, had to face so much difficulty to get an appointment and later faced another cheapness from them when they did not give 90Min facial(committed on voucher) and finished it in 60mins, saying my face is clean so doesn't require 90 minutes. They also did not give sauna bath saying, it is busy and no need to take as I am slim and blah blah... Their Chinese manager doesn't have any customer service skills and looks like uneducated. She was so arrogant and rude, feels like she is the Boss of Singapore and not just her saloon. Staff is good, humble and professional but overall exp is very-very bad. Would rate it 0 on the scale of 5. Never visit again.

Hello Ladies, This is the most Filthy salon I ever visited. Please do not buy any deal for this Salon or indulge in any kind of packages with them. The service what they provide is very unpleasant. The staff there is very rude and just want to take money out of you. I am just sharing my experience with them. I bought a groupon voucher for 42 SGD for 2.5 hours massage and facial. However it was not for 2.5 hours for starters. Plus the Oil what they use for massage stinks. When I walked in I could already gauge that the place is super unhygienic. The toilet was smelling and messy(if you know what I mean) When the lady started my facial since then she was trying to sell me the package. Kept showing me the whiteheads on my skin which was very disturbing. Then she told me I bought a wrong groupon voucher facial as it will not do any good to my skin. If I want something better I need to top up 68 SGD if not the facial what I am doing will not help me at all. I was like what the heck. After she did the extraction for me she asked me again "SO DO YOU WANNA BUY THE PACKAGE" and my reply was NO. After that she just put the mask for me, she didn't really continue with the facial or applied any kind of product for me on my skin. My advice to you people is if its your hard earn money and you really want some nice massage and facial don't opt for Belle the Beauty. You will regret like me...
