Very detailed Chef who is friendly and cheerful , he teaches us the basic of baking and also give us tips to becoming a good baker.

β β β β β Today my 3rd day at International Plaza learning to bake CowPrint roll with Choco Cream & Dark Cherry chocolate roll taught by chef Jacky and chef Jenny. The cakes turn out to be very soft in the texture.Both cakes taste nice.Chef Jacky and Jenny gave us tips on how to bake a good Swiss roll. They are very experience, patience and helpful. Now I know how to make the base and meringue which is very important when you bake a Swiss roll cake. Hurray! Donβt need to buy Swiss roll cake anymore!. Can bake it myself at home and give away to my friends to eat.Just nice to give to my husband on βFatherβs dayβ. Hope chef Jacky and Jenny can continue to teach us how to bake good cookies in July 22.

β β β β β We have no baking experience for cake or cookies. Tried followed Youtube video and the outcome doesn't look or taste as desired. Until my mum and me enrolled for the course where we learn the basic knowledge of baking. With Chef Jacky humorous and detailed sharing of his knowledge and experience, coupled with practical sessions, we are able to perfect our cakes and cookies. Thank you Chef.

β β β β β After I had been baking for 12 years I thought I have enough skills to bake a decent cake. However I decided to enroll into Bells basic cakes and cookies courses so I can expand my recipes .I am so impressed by Chef Jacky Chengβs skills and encouragement during his lessons. My classmates and I were also grateful that he was able to demonstrate the effective baking process and also taught us what not to do. Every cakes and cookies came out very well and were delicious.
Chef Jacky is a professional and passionate baker and teacher all rolled into one. Thank you for inspiring me to bake more

β β β β β Yes we love β€οΈ the way our Chef Jacky teach us all and explain each of the ingredients use and the effects in the cake making or cookies. An what to avoid while we learn during the mixing of the dough or cake mixture. Would love to continue to learning other course by him. Looking forward for more to go.

β β β β β Bad experience, suppose to start my first class on 7 of Jun, when I reached there, they only told us class cancel cause studio have maintenance. I already taken leave and waste my travel time all the way to town, never give us a call about this the day before or even on that actual day. Then they promise call back to confirm the class again on the day after but never call back, very bad service. I donβt think this academy worth the price that pay for the classes. Better find others academies.
