Lee was the staff that attended to us and he was patient in answering all our queries. Great experience shopping here!

โ โ โ โ โ Staff is friendly and helpful. But product choices are limited. Only have 2 stainless steel shower head to choose the rest is chrome or nickel, toilet sink cabinet 90cm only have 1 model and choices of black or white. Accessories have more material to choose and have 40% off. They do not have catalogue. Didn't purchase anything there as cannot find what I want.

โ โ โ โ โ Today is our 2nd trip to The Biene Company (located at 71 Woodlands Industrial Park E9 #01-08 Wave 9, Singapore 757048). Last was 2018 to replace water heaters plus change to rain showers. We return because we enjoy and are impressed by the sincere treatment of Mr Wong. As usual, the personable, humility Mr Wong receives us with open arms and attentivness to our needs, raising appropriate questions to ensure our intended replacements (from kitchen tap to toilet sinks/cabinet plus accessories) meet our requirements. Picture speaks a thousand words. It will be most fruitful/effective to take measurements of existing space / items with pictures to ensure the items you like delivers to measurement. Mr Wong has in depth knowledge of products who will never disappoint. Keep up the great work Mr Wong!

Miss Snowy who is friendly and patience to explain all types of WCs that fit my need. She also took extra miles to contact me over the phone to guide me to take measurement for the toilet bowls to ensure that I find the right types to match the bathroom spaces. Same goes to their plumber: Mr Chen and his male assistant who came to deliver the WC equipments and did an excellent jobs with their installations! Will
