β β β β β Ordered both mutton and prawn briyani for colleagues. Both came in bowls which we underestimated the amount.
Rice was generous in portions, and moist. For mutton briyani, the rice was flavourful and spicy though there was no sight of any chilli (as one colleague mentioned between clicking her tongue from the heat). The meat could be softer for me, but still it yielded easily under a little pressure from the spoon. I was also happy to suck out some marrow from the bone steak!
The prawn briyani was something really different for us all in the office. The rice is lighter in colour, much less spicier, and there was desiccated coconut in it ( this was an interesting factor for us). The prawns were slightly overcooked for me.
The raita though is a must have to take you through the briyani. It's basic function is to cut out the spiciness. I thought it would be sourish, and spicy ( due to the large amount of finely cut onions) but it was the neither. For someone who doesn't like onions raw, the onion raita was very delicious and refreshing, and it complimented the briyani really well.
All in all, the Mughal briyani gave us all a satisfying experience - something slightly different from the usual fare, and something to burped about later.

β β β β β Tried their beef massaman for 2. Just straightforwardly, it was super nice. Although we are Japanese and I am not a biryani lover, this is the best biryani I come across. Probably, this is the real taste of home cooking of biryani.
Per serving size was so large, we couldn't finish all so will preserve to enjoy in next day too. Definitely, shall come back to repeat one.

β β β β β Ordered the vegelicious vegan for 2, chicken for 2, and beef massaman for 2 briyani! Service was prompt, the crew got back to me really quickly on both Instagram and Whatsapp and provided timely updates when his driver was nearing. This was useful as I could quickly walk over to join my friends for lunch as we were in different locations.
The biryani was really good and flavourful - wasn't too oily or clumpy - and all of my Indian classmates liked it a lot, they felt it was authentic and reminded them of home.
We would have liked more raita (it was very smooth and a good compliment to the flavourful briyani!) and just a small suggestion, more chicken and maybe a little gravy as it was a little dry.
My friends finished the vegelicious vegan sets and that speaks volumes of how much they enjoyed the parsley/coriander and many herbs in the vegetarian briyani!
Once again thank you to the crew for your support for healthcare workers! Really appreciate your swift delivery, updates and good food! Worth a try if you are looking for good biryani to share! One of the best briyanis in Singapore!!

β β β β β The Biryani was very nice and plentiful . One of the few authentic Biryanis in Singapore. It could have perhaps had a bit more of spice but this level works for my family . The meat pieces we thought were a bit less but not heavily so but overall will surely order again . But well cooked and tender meat and absolutely non greasy rice infused with flavor is a combination that they have got right .

β β β β β The biryani was flavourful and aromatic, with generous chunks of meat. My family and I especially enjoyed the tender mutton and raita! Everyone was also trying to get spoonfuls of the caramelised onions because they were cooked so well. Service was good too with staff messaging us on WhatsApp to confirm our order and wish us Selamat Hari Raya Haji. Thank you for a lovely experience! :)

β β β β β Try BriyaniCentral - you will know what I mean when you feast on their food.
My first order and my first ever food review
This wholesome and flavorful mutton briyani just hits all the spots and more ?. Love it !
The egg masala - is simply delicious!! The slightly tangy tomato based aromatic broth is sinfully rich, thick and filled with hints of delightful spices ?
Very festive meal made better when sharing. Happy Food βοΈ?

β β β β β Very good biryani, the mutton biryani was amazing . The chicken biryani is a milder flavour compared to the mutton and very tasty.
The portion was a good size, although perhaps meat to rice ratio could be improved, but this isn't negatively mark the biryani, the ratio was better than most places I've ordered from.
My regret is I didn't order the raita, it would have complemented the flavours tremendously.
For a die hard Biryani fan, this goes in my top 3 in Singapore. Spots number 1 and 2 are reserved for when I make my own ?.
