I tried a Blackroll foam roller during a foam roller lesson and liked it a lot. I bought the Blackroll foam roller pro. Compared to those i bought at online which either too hard or too soft, the quality of Blackroll is fantastic.

I first started using this brand is the 08 ball. As I play high intensity sports, my back is always tense. So i used the ball to roll on my back, shoulder blades, lower back, shoulder and neck. Total relief.... The density is good and the ball is extremely light. It is made of good foam. I went to the mini warehouse and purchased mini roll for my arms and foam roller for legs. After trying it at home, i decided to throw my old foam roller away. Their foam roller density is perfect. I can hold my tight muscles longer with comfort pain to relief it. My old foam roller is so hard that it makes foam rolling so painful. The same 08 ball massager can use to massage the sole of the feet. The foam is so dense and solid that i can put my entire weight stepping on it and totally relief my tight sole. At the end of the session, I felt my muscles are relief. The massager and foam roller are so light that u can carry around so easy. Love it. Worth the money for total relief of muscle tension. Glad that i know this brand.

Second purchase made. Great and quality Blackroll products from a reliable store! Jasper has been very responsive and helpful. Recommend to start with Blackroll slim foam roller, 8cm ball, 8cm duoball and mini foam roller. These are the great self-massage, myofascial release tools.

I really love their slim roll. I have bought some online foam rollers of other brands before. They didn't work for me but slim roll by black roll works just the way I need it. It helps to release my back pain a lot. My dad has also found blackroll improved his breathing. He can breathe deeper by just use blackroll for his back. Also some friends find their legs pains are gone with black roll. I personally like the feeling of using blackroll on my calves. I find it is nicer to use black roll for self massage than go to massage center. Because I can adjust and control the exact depth and location of pressure I need. Thank you blackroll.
