Bluebay Wedding

My fiancé signed up for the wedding package at Bluebay on 2017 supposedly for Taiwan but Bluebay honoured the deal and we went ahead with a local shoot in April 2021. I was skeptical at first as we don’t really get to see the profile of the photographer but the photos turned out really good! All thanks to @Meng Siang who went ahead with our request for a ‘Korean Style’ photography. He took heart in vetting through the photos we liked and ensure that he captures the style that we want, major ❤️ with the results. Also big thanks to MUA @Christine Tan for the makeup which is so nicely done and as per my request too! She even went through the extra mile to get fresh florals for my hair & showed me how I can pose for the shoots. Professionalism 100% Last but not the least, @Vicky is a superstar who coordinates perfectly and have an excellent eye in choosing the right gowns that suits you. She is very friendly and easy to talk to, making every trip down the studio enjoyable. Prices are very reasonable too compared to other bridal boutiques. Only downside is photo selection upsell is rather stressful, still overall would highly recommend Bluebaywedding!

My fiance and I signed up with Bluebay for the pre and actual wedding shoot at BOWS. We are very satisfied with the pre-wedding photo shoot and the end results of the photos! Beatrice has been very patience with all my questions and was really professional yet friendly at the same time. She also pre-selected a few gowns for me to try it out based on my figure and it all turned out amazing. The shoot itself was very smooth and enjoyable. Glad Max suggested for us to change to National Museum on the day of shoot. The photos turned out great. He was really friendly which made the whole trip really fun and captured many candid moments for us, which was what we wanted. Charmaine was also really friendly and professional. Thank you Tina 姐 for introducing us to bluebay and giving us a good deal. we bought the package from Singapore and head to Taiwan for the shoot, the entire process from choosing the wedding gown to the shoot was awesome. I am glad that we choose Bluebay Wedding for our pre-wedding photoshoot. A big shoutout to our coordinator, Vicky who is so kind and gave us insightful opinions when we were choosing the gown. They have a variety of pretty wedding gowns for all brides to choose from. Also, I got a very experienced MUA, Molly on my wedding shoot day. Her make up skills are excellent and the hairstyle she prepared to match the gown is so pretty!! Highly recommended to all the bride-to-be ?

Beatrice did an amazing job as our coordinator. She made our wedding process easy and enjoyable arranging and ensuring everything is in accordance to plan. She was very friendly, patient and professional. I would definitely recommend her!

Due to covid19, our package with bluebay went on for 2 years and we changed 3 account managers. While I had a great experience with the previous 2 - Vicky and Felicia, I’ve had one of the worst customer service experience with the last girl - Jing Yi. She leaves me to wear the heavy gown alone and walks off, and I have to get my fiancé to find her for help as I struggle with the gown. After helping me to wear my gown, she then stands there and stare at me instead of helping to adjust the gown for us to have a better look of the design. The last straw was when I chose a gown which required an inner lining - she then told me that the whole studio only has one inner lining available and it’s a free size and they are unable to adjust it for me (even though they adjust all their wedding gowns to fit). I had to tailor-make my own inner lining elsewhere for the gown. She also doesn’t have an eye for gown styles. I went with my bridesmaid and her bf and when we left, he asked me why she recommended so many “aunty” style gowns ? I would recommend bluebay if Vicky was still with the studio because she was professional, customer service oriented and was a problem solver. I also absolutely loved the looks that my MUA (Molly) did for my PWS and she was very attentive throughout the entire shoot - but from what I know, she has also left. Lastly, shoutout to Hailey for making my mom look great on our wedding day! P.S. would’ve given 1 star if it wasn’t for the professionalism of the old team. They were super understanding and would go the extra mile to prepare me for my big day. Shoutout to Vicky for having the best eye for gown styles & looks!!! But with the current team, I definitely wouldn’t recommend them unless you are okay with sub par service for your wedding.

Beatrice from Bluebay was super nice and helpful. Anyone can agree that planning for wedding in this covid pandemic is tough. I had to postpone my wedding 2 times it was super stressful but Beatrice was very nice in arranging everything. Bluebay was so easy to communicate and so understanding. When choosing for gown Beatrice was super patient with me and took my time to try out all the gown I wanted. Make up artist(Jessie) , photographer (Max) and videographer (Zero) during our PWS and Actual Day did amazing jobs. Overall it was a really good experience with BlueBay. Very happy to have chosen Bluebay for my wedding.

Beatrice is truly amazing! Was recommended by friend and we decided on the same day to rent the gowns from Bluebay Wedding! The gowns are stunning!! When I was indecisive on the design, Beatrice offered her opinion. There is add on bridal car bouquet package where she will tie the car personally for you. Rest assured you will not find the same gown in another studio. Thank you Beatrice and team for enhancing my wedding experience and I will never be disappointed when looking back at the photos❤️
