โ โ โ โ โ Rigid and inflexible durations for collections despite horrendously long waiting times. Took more than a week for my parcel to arrive though self-proclaimed to be 1-2 days. Had to send multiple emails to even clarify the location of my parcel and why it was stuck at the dropoff point for a whole week. Truly beyond me why I'm forced to download a special app for such simple functionalities.

โ โ โ โ โ Truly a pity your services had to end this month. I have been using your services for more than 1.5 years to mail out all my client's purchases. You have the best rates in the market too! ? All my packages had always been efficient, almost ready to collect immediately the next day of drop off! There had been zero damages too and my items are fragile!!! Whether rain or shine, the packages remain dry!!! You will not be able to get such level of care in other delivery services. Please continue to run ??
