โ โ โ โ โ Person doing Xrays was really impatient and rude too. Really disappointed with this thing. Friendly in no sense at all. Wonder how people put the good reviews, or maybe he is biased in his dealing.

โ โ โ โ โ Attend to pre-employment medical encounter horrible day with this medical during my x-ray..I waited 1 hr 30 minutes and the lady at counter was not really entertain when I ask why take so long she replied said will take another 30 minutes..I'm not doing this pre-employment medical first time in singapore!!..from my sight there is no patient in x-ray room but they just chit chat inside and dragging time of the patient who at waiting area.. all here paid to visit this medical not for free..
THIS MEDICAL KNOW HOW TO EARN MONEY BUT FAILED TO DO THEIR JOB TO SERVE PATIENT ACCORDINGLY
highly not recommended and guys who ever have any medical or x-ray pls don't go this medical ..Pls DONT GO THERE WASTE YOUR PRECIOUS TIME

โ โ โ โ โ The female radiographer at Boston Imaging was excellent - polite, helpful, empathetic, patient and gentle. She is a very good role model of a healthcare professional.
However, the female receptionist (chinese lady) was rude, sarcastic, unempathetic and very very unhelpful. Didn't get her name. No passion in what she is doing; no compassion towards the elderly. I think she should not be in the frontline. If the company has no choice but must have her as the 'face' of Boston Imaging, then may I suggest she goes for intensive customer service training first. Then again, after reading all the previous reviews, nothing was done to improve the service standards :( All I can do is to tell my doctor to refer me to another Imaging company.

โ โ โ โ โ Was there on a Saturday morning for a standard chest x-ray as part of pre-employment medical checkup. While the receptionist was not exactly friendly, the staff performing the x-ray (a filipino) was courteous & professional. There was also no unnecessary delay between each patientโs turn, at least during my visit. Convenient location : stoneโs throw away from boon Keng mrt station.

โ โ โ โ โ I came 12 oโclock for medical x-ray for my wife for our MOM pass with 2 of my kids. Reception lady was so rude and said we are closed for lunch. But lunch time is 1pm and only 5 patients was waiting that time. It was really rude way of talk to me. Not recommend this place. Time wasted
