Taste really local and nice, but it took 30 mins for queuing during heavy loading. I would suggest go earlier as you can.

Saw people posted a short video of this Taiwan breakfast shop in 小红书, went to buy back to try. The taste was authentic and somehow find it better compared to others I tried recently from town area and near lavender area. The milk tea can be improve, abit plain.

The egg pancake and the thick toast were tasty and nice actually. But, the cheese egg pancake tastes more marmite than cheese, and the thick toast was not fully cut which resulted to a bit nasty when eating. The disappointed part was drink, milk tea were pre-made, hence no chance to change the sugar level. The coffee milk tastes exactly like normal 3-in-1. Another part I feel should improve is the interior. Obviously they just take over a bar and open this shop, the color theme was black, the lighting was very dark, and the shelf still got old beer bottles. Yet, it makes me feel uncomfortable to have breakfast in this kind of environment.

Taiwan breakfast or Lok Lok?! Hidden within a shophouse, they serve simple Taiwanese breakfast dishes such as egg pancake rolls and toasts before it transform into a Lok Lok place at night. Can skip the toast or milk tea and try their Pancake Rolls like the Chicken Floss with Egg ($4.50) which is quite authentic. Add-on a Taiwanese Fried Chicken ($5.50) for a more filling meal.

Nondescript Taiwanese breakfast place in Little India / Rochor. ???? ??? ????? ? ??????? ????? ??? ??? ??????? ???? 肉松蛋饼 $?.??: Chewy pancake roll pack with good amount of ingredient. A classic. ? ???? ????? ???? ??? ???????? 肉片蛋土司 $?.??: it was overall okay but not memorable. ? ???????? ??????? ???? ???? ????? 九層塔抓饼 $?.??: love how crispy it is without being too oily. We opted for no Thai Basil. ? ????? ???? 凉面 $?.??: noodles is quite Q but sauce is an acquired taste. reminded us of 沙茶面 we had in Xiamen. ? ???? ??? 奶茶 $?.??: the tea is average but has a very strong milk powder taste. Understand that they are sharing a space with another tenant (presumberbly a bar) This particular shophouse unit unfortunately has a humid smell as well as a very slight lingering cigarette smell. The overall vibes is not fantastic. Hopefully, they are able to find another space that is more befitting for breakfast. Overall, if you don't mind the ambience, it is worth a visit to try their food.

Quite a variety of food available. The fried chicken 盐酥鸡is very nice. Not oily and it brings u back to Taiwan. The egg omelette with pork is also hot and delicious. What warms my heart is that they offer to change the cold drink to a warm drink at no charge. Ambience wise minimal renovation as they took over a previous pub.so all high tables and chairs which I do not mind at all.

First time here today. Quite surprised that it was located in the 5th floor and was right next to the lift once you exit. It’s really a Bar in that you can see the seats are used and looks like it’s from old bars. There’s a little smoke smell inside so we were really not expecting much since we were here for breakfast. However, the food pleasantly surprised us. The braised meat rice and chicken combo is pretty decent. Everything was hot and there were chunky pieces of braised meat. The crispy chicken was pretty generous for the price as well and did feel like Taiwan. The hashbrown egg pancake tasted ok but when added with the sauce and Chili elevated the taste. The floss and egg sandwich which seems so easy to make strangely had a taste that also reminded us of Taiwan. We suspect it’s the mayo sauce inside. So overall, first impression was not too good but the food was decent. Can try.

Definitely worth the trip. Black pepper noodle’s texture is very unique. Egg pancake roll is awesome too! Soft and slightly bouncy at the same time. Salted fried chicken is crispy on the outside, but soft on the inside. And the taiwanese lady boss is very friendly, really reminds me of being back in Taiwan.
