I had a problem with the temp of the oven that has gone erratic and was spoiling my bakes. I thought I had to get a new one but decided to try and get it repaired instead . I googled and found this company with the best reviews. Just as the others had said, Darren came punctually and solved the problem which was simply to change the thermostat. He also gave useful advise on how to manage the baking elements of my oven. No regrets calling him and I would definitely recommend him to everyone.

Very responsive to messages. Appointment was made for them to come by on the same day. Darren arrived within arranged time slot and quickly proceeded to check on my oven that has tripped. A diagnosis was made and several remedy options were offered for my decision, together with explanation, pros and cons and costs for each option. Upon my go-ahead, Darren started work immediately and everything was done in no time. He even gave some tips on how to better manage my oven. Service came with warranty. Oven is working and all's happy now. Thumbs up! Will definitely recommend to others.

Had not been using over for a long time so Darren offered a permanent solution with a 3 yr warranty. He was patient in explaining the issue and solutions. As we were working from home with daughter having mock exams, were initially worried power will be tripped during the fixing and testing, it went smoothly as assured by Darren. Recommended!

When my first Rewenta oven started to trip my power, I just dismissed it as an issue with my power point. When it kept happening and eventually stopped working during the important period of the year, I bought another oven in desperation. A few years on... the same issue was happening again. Frustrated - definitely! Now I have 2 ovens that kept tripping my power! We had to warn everyone to save their work or off their electrical machines when we wanted to turn the ovens on. I am not willing to buy a 3rd oven! We googled and found MEXIF. After giving a brief description, Darren immediately knew our problem. He came the next day and fixed the issue within 20 mins. He definitely knows his work. He explained and answered our questions patiently. He was not pushy for me to fix both ovens... It was solely up to me. I had both ovens fixed and now I believe I can finish my baking way before CNY and have time to rest! Without the need to change any parts, with just their knowledge of how the electric parts of the oven works, they would be the one to turn to when we have issues with our machines. And their repair works are not limited to just ovens. I would recommend them for their knowledge, ability to solve our problems fast, their confidence of their skills that they are willing to provide longer warranties. They would be the one to turn to.

Darren came over to fix my oven and microwave which were causing a power trip as it they have not been used in a while. He does his work quickly and seems knowledgeable and the service was done quickly. But it is ridiculously overpriced. He charged me $290 for the oven and $390 for the microwave + $50 transport fee, making it $730 in total for a 20 minute job. The same person worked on two appliances so I don’t see why a discount wasn’t offered. You can’t justify $730 for 20 minutes in my opinion. I had asked him for a rough charge over the phone and explained the issue, but he didn’t want to give me one over the phone even though power trip seems to be quite a common problem. The customer has already paid $50 for transport and in desperation, pays the rest to get these appliances to work. They tell you there are two options, one being more expensive than the other and the cheaper option being “just as good” so you go for the second. Truth be told, the second option is still unreasonably overpriced. I can understand paying in the low hundreds, under $500 at the most, for a professional quick fix. But $730 for 20 minutes, come on, that’s daylight robbery. Not justified at all when it’s the same person who fixed both appliances in such a short time.

Darren was responsive, communicated well and fixed the oven within a reasonable time. He knew what he was doing and came prepared. His price was reasonable and I would not hesitate to recommend him.

My built in oven was not in use past 2 yrs as I use my unit as a staycation during the pandemic. My new tenant has just moved in and told me that the oven keeps tripping. It was a Sat morn and the product consumer hotline was closed on weekends. I googled and found Darren of Mexif with good reviews. I called him to enquire and he was available earliest on Wed. I confirmed with my tenant and watsapp him the details same night at 9pm and he replied me! I also asked if I can just PayNow him on Wed so I need not go over and he replied, Sure!. He liaised with my tenant and called me after checking the oven and found that it’s the faulty circuit board. He told me that the new upgraded circuit board is good even if the oven is not in use for a long time and quoted me the price and it comes with a 1 yr warranty. Later my tenant watsapp me that he has left and the oven is working perfectly. I PayNow him and he sent me the invoice. It’s mutual trust! Nice guy!
