Groomers are very experienced and meticulous in their grooming. Thank you for grooming my mimi so beautifully. and for explaining the skin condition to me. Last but not least, thumbs up to John for the last minute arrangement.

While the daily operations remain professional when I come for their services, it's the occasional lack of attention and care prior to their services that irks me. For one, there has been a few times when special requests like the use of personal shampoo is to be prioritized without any add-ons. Employee threw the reminders (four times) out of the window and went all in on the treatment (had to pay for that too). Not only does the medicated wash become negligible because of this, it also shows a certain lack of care that I would've otherwise expected from the staff. As for after-service, there isn't really much of one. In an attempt to protect their employees, blame is very much shifted to the customers instead using very lackadaisical reasons without substance. For those that intend to hire their grooming services, please do provide a black and white message of what your requirements entail, ensure it's acknowledged, and screenshot the chatlog (as they delete messages for the point above when things go awry). Lack of care aside, there isn't much to complain about outside of their bathing services. If you're looking for non-invasive treatment, this is a decent place for that. In any case, zero tolerance has always been my policy when it comes to pet grooming by a third party. It'll be my last time using their services.

Excellent service provided by John and his team of groomers. My dog was beautifully groomed and well taken care of for these past 3 years. Although it is a small shop but standard and service wise is top notch. Thumbs up!

I have been grooming my poodle with John and his team of staffs for the past three years since I move over to my new home in Bukit Batok. They are very prompt in responding to my queries and always very accommodating with my busy schedule. Now I have gotten a new golden retriever and they really help to guide me through how to properly take care of a puppy from a young age in order to maintain a beautiful coat of fur. Often they will also help to point out skin allergies and any ear infection. Keep up the good work and I really love their service. Although the place is slightly small, but I think the service and understanding for my doggies’ needs is the most important. God bless and see u next month!

I want to specially thank John for assisting to arrange a grooming session for my senior schnauzer at such a short notice. The two lady groomers were very attentive and helped to point out a few skin issues with my dog. I brought him to the vet in time and was able to rectify his flaky skin problem. I would recommend this grooming place to my family members. One of the best grooming shop in the West.
