★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The branch is in a quiet corner of the mall which is a plus, if u needed a quiet time for your meal. The downside is the poor crew. No synergy at all. Got orders mixed up (to customers prior to me) and took so long to attend to me but thats becoz they needed to restart the system. However, the guy who took my order still got my order wrong. “Upsized, with coke zero & onion ring” to which he replied; “what drink and normal fries?” I dnt mind repeating but i cannot accept it if i had to do more than 3 times and after tt i still got small fries and small coke. Food came approximately 20 mins later. They need to retrain their crew, do some team building game, fulfil the idea of fastfood restaurant and provide better food service. They can also do with some clean up. Too poor a service.

1x Mushroom burger with onion rings iced milo
1x Turkey bacon burger with onion rings and iced milo
1x Cheese Cake
The next day, we had constant stomach pain and diarrhea. We're never gonna buy anything from that branch ever again, $36 gone to waste.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here for dinner with my BF. Burger was super cold and sauce tasted disgustingly like snort, with thin paper wrapper that breaks when it touched the cold sauce. The fries were warm so that's probably the only edible food. Will be good to at least heat up the burger, if its pre-packed?
Their management has to review this store or change the managerial roles. Morale of staffs were very low and the manager (tall guy, wearing silver (?) specs, not sure if Malaysian or Singaporean) appeared to be scolding the staffs with his raised voice, commenting about stock takes.
Service is slow with some staffs just standing around even though there weren't many customers (less than 10 pax when we went in).
Really don't remember BK being this bad in food and service..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quiet and cosy place for a fast food place at off peak period. Do expect a very Long wait at peak as they are usually short staffed. Overall, this place was great for meet up, waiting for grocery shopping and doing homework! Shh, keep this place alive as a lively delivery came from here too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This outlet is always smoky. Poor ventilation. Either the hood was not working well or faulty. If it works then something was not right. The staff works with an attitude problem. Can't be bothered to serve walk-in customers as they were too busy preparing foods for delivery. Hate working there... might as well resign. Spare others from seeing your pathetic faces.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s been years since I order their breakfast croissants sandwich. I remember they use croissants not bun that look like croissants lols. Haha.. anyway ate the egg inside and throw the turkey bacon and bun away.
Burger kings used to be great but not anymore. Kudos to the service staffs, who help to keep the outlet running.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food is not HOT, the fries is super cold and the bacon is so hard & cold too. Not fresh. Not “smoking good” at all.
Very low morale on the staffs! Not smiling, but with a very depressed mood & give some attitude.
Please I seek some improvement on this outlet. This is my 4th time visiting.. seems the same :(
