TL;DR: Excellent customer service and the team members, who work beyond 645pm on the 14 Mar 2022, you are awesome. I had issues with my canon all-in-one G3000 last Tuesday and decided to call into their customer service hotline to check on the repair prices. The lady who picked up and served me promptly told me that she will let one of the service center folks to call me back on the repair prices. Two days later, one of them, Ben, called me back and gave me great advices. End up I decided to buy a new one and checked if the model that I want is available at the customer care center. He assured me that he would check and return the call. He called within an hour later and told me that the printer that I wanted will be available next week if I confirmed. I confirmed the new model that I want. However, I realized that the model I initially wanted doesn’t have one of the features that I required, I called back again and asked for a change. He agreed and told me that he will check and will give me a call again. Today, he called me back and told me the good news. I went down quite late (almost 15 mins before 7), the team at the customer care center waited patiently and immediately sprang to work when I reached. They served nicely and when I asked about cameras, one of them told me about the differences and give brilliant advices too. Kudos to him (I didn’t get his name). Service beyond expectations. I will give them two thumbs up. Canon, if you are reading this, reward the team who served me on 14 March, after 1840 hours. ??

Excellent service. Called hotline as i can't seem to register warranty online. I was put on hold while waiting for the staff to pick up my call. I was distracted and by the time i went back to my phone, the call ended. However the service staff called back to ask if i did call them back and followed up with my issue very promptly. All resolved within a few hours. Best printer company service!

Cozzy, but less warmth feeling to the customers. Direction to get there under the shelter will be great. However, this is definitely much better than last time at Harbour Front Centre, and this has ample space for car park.

CSC extends outstanding help for any issue. They r extremely helpful. Today went for an issue the technician solved my issue on the desk in 1 min. All the best to those awesome support person.. always. Thank u Canon
