A young lady (whose name I unfortunately forgot to take down) attended to me and her service was excellent. Not only did she have in-depth professional knowledge about the product, but she was also sincere and friendly in answering my queries regarding the sunglasses. I appreciate her assistance and would like to extend my compliments to her for remarkable customer service.
The eye wear market is a crowded one, but this particular staff's great attitude and stewardship makes Capitol Optical stand out. I will definitely patronise Capitol Optical in future.
