Bought a 2nd hand car from the shop. Dur the purchase, the saleperson promised a gps unit with installation with specific instruction for wires to be hidden. When we collected the car, we were informed that the gps unit was not ready and need to come back on the following week for the collection n installation. With full trust in their integrity, we pay in full upon collection. However, when we came back for the gps installation, we were just given a gps unit. Another saleperson even got the cheek to tell us, since the invoice did not state that installation was included, so just give us the gps unit would do. THIS IS DIFFERENT FROM WHAT WE WERE PROMISED!!! In the end, after arguing with them for 20 mins, the sale person reluctantly give in to our request to install the gps unit. N the whole installation process took less than 10 mins!! Why do you want to waste each other precious time, earn one unhappy and angry customer with a bad review if the issue can be resolved in 10 mins???!!!! Lesson learnt: - don't pay if whatever is promised is not delivered. - make sure whatever agreed is written in black and white.
