Very disappointed with my rental and i dont know where to start 1) Radio system in the car doesnt work at all. Throughout my 2 day rental, i had to use my own speaker system to play music. I was so dissapointed when i found out and i recall one of the staff mentioned that its because the car is going to be scrapped soon. Even if the car is going to get scrapped, customers still pay hundreds for your services, so either fix it asap or scrap the car entirely. I was not told beforehand about this either. 2) IU system not working. Had to take time off from my rental to go to amk workshop and fix the IU. Really inconvenient. 3) Car was infested with ants and cockroaches. I had to even find my own fumigation service and take time off my rental AGAIN. Ironically even had to pay for 1 time wash and vacuum fee on top of my rental before collection. If you want to charge your customers wash and vacuum fee, at least do it. My passengers and i were so uncomfortable for 1 whole day. you could imagine how embarassed i was. 5) Collected the car close to empty tank, had to immediately drive to a fuel station. I had no prior knowledge of this and my friend had to wait longer for me to arrive. 4) Emergency contact number doesnt work. Had to call their business acc number and picked up 10 minutes later. 5) very small inconvenience but had to take my own pictures of the car beforehand. Other rental companies i have tried, did this for me and informed me of any damages that were on the car. but not an issue. Overall, i personally wouldnt come again. I see many positive reviews here and i really wonder why my experience was so traumatising. Anyways, Zach was really helpful throughout all the issues i faced. he was friendly and willing to help.

Very efficient way of booking the car. Car engine is smooth although its rental car.very comfortable. Zach is able to arrange n confirm booking very fast..looking forward to rent again.trusted and reliable company ?????

It was a great experience driving Mercedes C180k from CRS Werks. The car was well maintained & clean. The customer service was professional & great to chat with. I will will definitely rent from there again soon.

Renting experience is absolutely wonderful. Seamless process and product itself, which is the Mazda 3 that I have rented, is really swag looking and nice on the interior as well. Will definitely book from CRS werks again real soon.
