Ordered one pcs car mat front passanger side. Which I thought was suppose to be a simple job turned out disastrous. Went down to the shop at kaki bukit synergy 7th floor to show them my existing mat. Was afraid that there will be miscommunications over the phone so went down personally. The admin girl took a pic and sent to their production team. When the end product was out, the fitting was not good (too big) the car logo placement was wrong (too high) the car logo sewn was wrong also, extra empty space beside the logo (too wide) Contacted them and they said the can’t do anything about the logo. They said can trim down for me though, but the way I see my mat, some areas were too small. I don’t know how they are going to “add” extra mat or rather afraid they will worsen the whole thing. Overall a very unpleasant experience. Buyers, researchers, people doing their home work reading this review and other reviews. Your call.

I purchased a steering wheel for my car. They are very unprofessional and incompetent when it came to a simple installation of steering wheel. They couldn't get the installation and programming done so they had to outsource the work. They could have been up front with me and I would have been more understanding. Instead, they told me a bunch of lies and sent me on a wild goose chase to finally hunt down the location of my car. I finally got back my car on the third day with the steering installed (by another workshop). I will not deal with them or their partner Robson design ever again. 1 star is also too much. Just my 2 cents. Please read with your own discretion. Cheers

Had arranged with them the day before my appointment to confirm the price and availability for my car model - was told it was a simple 45 minute job. The workshop and showroom appeared to be messy and disorganized, with stuff lying around all over the place (not that I minded), but was told by the sale person after I showed up on the agreed time that she wasn't sure where the steering wheel (to be fair she wasn't in charge of my case). But it took another 15 minute for her colleague to show up with the steering wheel, and it was only then that they mentioned there was to be a $50 installation charge on top of the agreed price (but they quickly waived this off when I said this wasn't mentioned when we agreed on the price). The technicians didn’t appear to be very sure on what they were doing (though to be fair, the senior had hurt his hand earlier in the day). But observed a lot of photo-taking of my existing steering wheel, whispering amongst themselves, and rough turning of the car on the spot to manhandle the steering wheel out of its mounting before I was asked to wait at their showroom. That was an hour after I arrived. Waited another 30 min before I gave up and went back to the workshop to ask what was going on- by then the two guys were already working on other projects before the sales person came clean to say what they have didn’t fit my car model. All in all, wasted 2 hours (excluding driving time) at this place because they were either shady, dishonest, or downright incompetent. I’m not sure how long more I would have waited in the showroom had I not gone back to see what’s going on. This was a complete disaster right from the start, and while I appreciate some auto-related businesses have a bad rep, but this place really takes the cake. Buyers beware.
