★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been using CaterCo for my company events and it has never disappointed. Delivery was prompt and timely. Food was delicious. Due to covid, CaterCo offers bento which comes handy and more hygienic. I like their presentation. It looks tempting and the food is indeed fresh and appetising. Look for Crystal, she is always helpful, informative and able to plan to your need.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is my wife company Virtual D&D. Her company use CaterCo service for food delivery. It suppose to delivery hot food between 5-7pm. But it end up the food delivered to my door step more than 9.30pm. We are all hungry and food is cold. During the whole time, we keep calling and calling and they are not responsive at all. Super unprofessional, stay away with this company!!!

Updated that the company willing to compensate free meal another time for the poor experience that we go through. Something worth to give credit for.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thank you for the smooth arrangements from CaterCo Concepts. Both Thai and Indian bento received good feedback in terms of tastes and portion. Thumbs up for the good customer service from the sales mgr and delivery staff. Everyone was happy with the food served.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They were the catering partner for our wedding venue, and throughout the entire process our coordinator was so helpful and professional with each of our requests. All of our guests had a great time and we received comments that the food was great and the servers were so friendly.
One comment is that in the early phases of planning when we went down for tasting, we think it would've been better to serve various choices of dishes so that we could've picked what we preferred. We were all served one 8 course meal, and as quite a few dishes were very similar, decided to change up the menu. So in the end, some of the food that was served during the actual wedding, we'd never tried them before.

The food was still hot when it was delivered! Best of all, it is yummy and delicious! We all enjoyed the meal!
