★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Enjoyed Top Gun. Not to be missed. After show the cleaners were kind enough to allow me to exit the top door instead of going down the stairs as I have legs problems. Kudos.

Ordered nuggets, popcorns, drinks and extra chips.
The cinema environment was also comfortable and the entry/exit point of the cinema is also easily located (no need to climb stairs all the way to the bottom of the mall like some cinemas)
Food and entertainment options was also available next to the cinema. Could get a meal before/after movie.
Also provides take away packing (zip bags) for popcorns order. Best of all, the popcorns are available in different flavours (matcha/pineapple etc).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't know isit they wanna rush home, today service was really bad. One of the staff don't know their own in house promotion. I just wanna to clarify if this promotion is still on going, went to double check and she is very confident about it. So I went to online and check again and double check with the manager, the promotion is still on going. Really disappointed with the service who served us today.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The theater i went to was big and clean. Air-conditioning is a tad cold and towards the end of the movie, I notice the sound system sounded about coarse. Not sure is it the movie quality or issues with the system. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited this cinemas many times and been in various halls. Well maintained and clean seats. Spacious. Hand rest is big enough. Shows start at correct time. No intermission or break time during movie. Nice experience and prefer it most of the times.
