★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had gone there before lunch hoping to buy tickets for a 2.45 pm show. The escalator was not working and the lights were off. After climbing up the escalator, we saw the sign which said the counters will open only at 2.15 pm (honestly the management should have put the sign BEFORE the escalator).
Although Google says the operating hours start from 11am, upon searching online in their faq, it turns out that the counters will only open 30mins before the first show of the day (seems to be ~2 pm for weekends), so people should take note before going.

I am happy to see that they actually space out the available seating during this COVID period.
Kudos to them for making this concession and making us feel safer while still enjoying one of our favourite past times.
Only thing is perhaps they can adjust the air-conditioning to a less artic feel in tropical Singapore and be more environmentally friendly too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For those who are driving they are more parking lots avaliable, and also so many diners area you can enjoy not only at parkway parade mall also the neighbouring HDB food market nearby. As for cinema it almost the same as the other outlets not much difference. After the show if you wish to ho stroll at the beach area it nearby east coast park with your love one. Happy ? day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time catching a movie here. I do not like the idea that we have to print out the barcode and print the ticket at the self kiosk machine. Waste of paper :( Tried scanning it directly from the email but it didn’t worked. Why can’t we just scan the barcode from the email? The theatre is nice but super cold - remember to bring your jacket! Service staff was good for the day….

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here to watch the new minion movie, and it was really good! Service was fast, and the air conditioning was super cooling! The neon lights they use for the door number is amazing, and I hope other cinema operators use these!
