Generally what you need from a cinema is available in this outlet. Purchasing or ticket; self service or via service ste available. Purchasing of snack counter are concentrated on other side instead of together with ticket queue. However the collection of snacks are place on a bottleneck situation where everyone is waiting for it at some point. Cinema wise still good and standards fo picture and sound are on point. ? nothing much to complain about.

The couple seats in the first several rows are useful. Popcorn there was excellent, crunchy and enough caramel to coat all the pooped corn kernels. One peeve is the bad signage to the toilets... very confusing.

Used to take up most of level 7, it now sits at the end of the corridor. If you do not know the directions to this cinema, you will dwell within the food court that greets you when you reached the 7th floor. There isn't much space to stand around to wait. There is a small corridor on the opposite direction of the theaters to toilets with lots of cubicles, a lot of movie goers don't know about these secret toilets. Walk around and look for these toilets so that you won't get caught not knowing where to go when you need a break during the movie. Food and seats are average. Conveniently located in the mall and very close to a halal food court. Nice.

Had been visiting this cinema to watch movies for the past few years as it was just around the corner as of where I'm staying. Their customer service is good, and facilities there were also ideal. Food choices were just right, it's a really cool cinema to visit if you wanna watch some movies and chill during the weekends! ✨

Show supposed to be at 630pm .however, projector is down waited 25mins to get it fixed. thereafter, ask us to refund movie ticket /change the movie timing wasted 2hrs ! Manager on duty is not even apologetic !

I visited on a weekday afternoons and less than 10 people inside the theater. You can choose any seats you like. Best of all it cost only $5/- per ticket for those born before 1967

Overall experience was positive but the popcorn combo was like $9 for some pitiful amount of popcorn and soft drinks (taste super sugary and bad). We tried the vending machine right outside the theatre, not bad.. toilet is not “in-house”, therefore shared with a foodcourt.. definitely upkeep of hygiene wasn’t easy. $14.50 for a weekend night ticket.

I watched Mat Kilau here at Hall 1 on 29 June 2022, 1pm. This cineplex is tucked inside the highest floor of the mall, behind the arcade. The lobby is okay, but everything beyond the usher point screams nostalgia (your mileage may vary from there). For me, I find the pink cement walls very old and unromantic; it sort of destroyed my moviegoing mood haha. The auditorium seats aren't stadium-style, you're only slightly higher than the people in front of you. And they are very close to each other so it's awkward to squeeze through the row to find your seat (the markings are very faint in dim light, btw). Aside from the nostalgic look and tight legroom, the technical presentation was amazing. Bright projectors, good sound and SCREEN MASKING. No one does that anymore, such an incredible sight to behold. Oh and as per Cathay standard, the popcorn is good. I wouldn't recommend this outlet in blockbuster seasons, though. You'll be packed like sandwiches in a full house auditorium and you'll definitely be trapped if you want to go to the restroom (which is very far from the auditoriums).
