★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very bad service. Very unfortunate that passengers have to endure very long waiting time for buses that go to Queen Street and Newton circus. Buses that go to Kranji are quite frequent for obvious reasons. Please avoid this service.

First experience and would like to enquire more details such as bus schedules etc but 2 men siting there raised their voice at me and ask me just come on that day for bus. Claimed themselves as old man don't know anything but why still siting at the service counter? Please look into this matter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For people looking to explore bukit indah via CW buses, I say forget it. You are better off going to city square mall. The wait for the buses takes too long even on a weekday. Avoid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took this express bus from Larkin to KL, bus departed on time and reached KL according to schedule. The bus captain was very good and responsible. Booked my return ticket KL-JB with the same company. Hope you maintain the good service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never never take this bus on lang distance, i.e. KL-Singapore or vice versa. I travelled around 28th Dec 2018 from KL TBS terminal to Singapore. First I wasn't told it was travelled via Woodlands checkpoint instead of the second link. Knew only after hoped on the bus.
Worst, at Singapore Woodlands checkpoint they ditched 8 passengers and left without notice. Passengers were supposed to be sent to IMM at Jurong East. Out of the 8 passengers, 7 were foreigners, 3 from Mauritius, 2 from Indonesia and one from Australia. They know foreigners require more time to get through the immigration checkpoint. These foreigners were not familiar with Singapore. Fortunately I was with them and helped them getting a bus to Kranji MRT station and helped them to get to the points they wanted.
I am not sure if they had breached Malaysia JPJ and Singapore LTA's rules. I am yet to find out.
Again, advice everyone never never to this bus.
