Poor management system, management staffs aren't professional at 111 somerset

2018 to 2020: was working for a service provider engaged by cbreSG. The team was a pleasure to work with.

I have found the company to be a very professional organization making sure that every aspect is attended to in the management of a building. Especially for Claymore connect Tyrese and Gillian whom i have worked with in noise control for some of the establishments located at the mall.

Asked enquires to so called Agent Choon KL if can move in at 28th Apr as lease here expire only at the end of APR. He replied saying *no reason why we should suffer one month rental loss just for you* Not professional at all. If cannot be patient for answering questions, shouldn't work as property agent. His ads at iLiveSG showing that he is from this company.

Location of CBRE is incorrect when plotting to it as destination. Destination given at the right most lane (fastest lane) with no safe place to stop for alight or boarding passengers. Should be positioned to the drop off point.

This company have a team in sentosa . The team consists of Matthew , Kelly n the GM name I cannot remember .. always raised his voice at junior staff ,shout at the top of his voice n manipulate staff .. be careful .. don't join n work for them.. worse team to join ..

I called this office, half the staff were on leave, the lady who answered (receptionist?) offered to get someone who was in to call back. Took down my name and number, never received the callback, or even a courtesy sms from the receptionist to tell me that it wasn’t happening. I followed up myself on email to the person I tried calling, Mr S. Liew, Associate Director. I specifically requested for him or someone else to call me back. Instead, some days later he forwarded the email to the people I was calling in to complain about in the first place, leaving them to handle the issue, yet again. No callback, not even an acknowledgement of my request to speak to him personally. I guess he thinks he's above handling customer problems. He couldn't even keep track of his staff not following up on his email as he requested, which was what I called in about. Very unprofessional, poor management culture, lack of ownership and initiative. Avoid dealing with this company if you can.
