Auntie serving was okay. Efficient service was not too busy when we went at 10:30 on a Friday morning amazing selection of cakes and the cappuccino was awesome!

Went to order a birthday cake and was assisted by a helpful and friendly staff May. Clean and cozy outlet to chill and relax in.

Edited update- After few days the review below was posted I received an email from their online team to address the issue we faced. We exchanged several emails and the company refund in full to us due to the reason of “under standard “ quality of cake delivered. We sincerely hope their CS could be more responsive toward feedbacks in future. Being a regular patron of Cedele over past decade, I am Extremely Disappointed over the quality of 8 inch oden oden cake we ordered for birthday , the cake is not fresh and all of us had stomach upset after consumed the cake. They asked us to write to their HQ customer service via their website, I was promised to receive a reply within 3 days , but never hear any till today and over past 2 weeks. From this moment onwards I will not recommend any patrons , friends and relatives to visit Cedele anymore , simply is their service standard has dropped to the bottom, that’s why they no longer a 5 stars in our heart , honestly they deserve just 1 star on food and service quality.

I ordered a sriracha mayo chicken, avocado sandwich. I guess the ingredients were healthy but the whole sandwich was dry. I couldn't taste the sriracha or the heat of it. Likely the amount of sauce was inadequate. It was partly compensated by the avocado. The service was ok. I could enjoy my own thoughts even though the tables were mostly taken with people in talking pairs. There was a good deal with a cup of coffee or tea and the meal kept me full the whole afternoon. But I will only come back if I have no other choice in future. The sandwich just didn't make it.

Average coffee and cookies served. Quiet store with 2 friendly staff. Closes early (7 pm on weekdays).

Was served by a female staff in her 40s and was treated differently compared to a customer who came after me. When I approached her with my order courteously, she just went, "TraceTogether" with a completely deadpan expression. Just as I started uttering my order, she cut me abruptly and asked if I was ordering a cake and tea set in a rather rude tone. Finally when I told her that I am a member (because she did NOT even ask me), she told me that I should have said earlier. WOW. Returning to the point on why I said I felt treated differently from the other customer, she greeted the person "Sir" as she was taking his order - from start to end - whereas she spoke to me in a curt ton without any basic greeting. Perhaps she was feeling exhausted or maybe it was a regular customer she was serving. But I don't think it hurts to provide basic customer service to someone who treats you with courtesy.

Love coming here. The staff are super nice and the vibe is chill. Their coffee is nice and they have coffee/tea + cake/pastry sets which are perfect for afternoon tea. I think they also have all day breakfast sets with coffee/tea which my friend has tried (she said she liked the sausage), all at reasonable prices. A lot of people buy the breads too. Definitely come by if you’re in the area and need some recharging!

Being a firm supporter of Cedele for many years for their wide range of delicious baked goods, breads and meals. This may not be the most classy or polished location, but the reliable food items are available and it’s a convenient location at an MRT station.
