The service is fantastic. U can have drinks like coffee, tea and snacks while the salesman introduce to u and walk u around the show room. Price are reasonable.

Very large shopping experience for furniture, beddings, sofas at super discount prices with friendly sale staff at the Cellini Flagship Store in Tagore Drive.

Poor product quality and finishings. Metal parts on my sofa show signs of rust within 6 months of purchase. Buyer beware. Refuse to help. Cites company policy.

No official parking at building. Parking lots reserved for building staff. However security guard was kind enough to allow kerbside parking at the end. Showroom wise was very meh. Basically same table top of different sizes displayed with variety of different chairs. Nothing interesting. Left in 15mins. Service staff was good and knowledgable.

Bought a recliner at more than $5K from this showroom. The recliner mechanism spoilt in less than a year ? The salesman Lawrence Loh went missing/ not answering anymore call after knowing that the sofa he sold had problem. After multiple calls, finally got someone to help via the office and have someone to come check the defects. Eventually the site visit cost $55 and another $280 for repair. The repair will take at least two weeks cos they can only repair it in malaysia. Beware of the subpar quality and service from this company.

Bought and paid more than $5.2k for Sofa set in May 2021. The auto recliner was malfunctioned after 10 months. I was busy so only contacted Cellini on Early June and they said warranty period has expired. Super disappointed with their products as the products were of such inferior quality. I had to pay $55 for 2 guys to check and it was not repaired. Several days later, the service guy emailed that the mechanism costs $280 to be replaced. Tried calling the sales rep Lawrence Loh because he mentioned that “if any time wrong can just call him”. His sales tactic to close sales. He did not even bother to answer my call. Just love this showroom and worth the while to visit although the location is not convenient and a little difficult to find. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable and the product is quite impressive. They have some sofas with more than 50% discount off list price that is worth considering. And there is a unique tv console with built in speakers

Overall Cellini sales process is a pleasant one, sales was friendly and knowledgeable about their product. Range of furniture is also pretty comprehensive. We got a sofa from Cellini, the quality & build was solid and the various setup options provided a lot of flexibility for buyers. Delivery process was also smooth - Cellini fulfilment team was on time and does repeated checks days and weeks before delivery date that gave much assurance to buyers. The only concern is the quality control & post customer service - see enclosed - the production flaw was rather obvious and was allowed to be delivered to customers. Maybe because the model was a mass market model. But if true, this also speak volume of the business ethic. Warranty service team was also professional and prompt, however for production flaw like this, it required the affected sofa to be shipped back for partial replacement of the affected leather which means loss of use as well as implicit risk of damage associated with rework and movement of furniture within the house which might not be covered by the warranty. Overall, the production team needs to tighten their quality control to avoid customers frustration, which negatively impacted the good name the brand has built over the years.
