★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's spacious,not too many visitors relative to its size pre-COVID, and has everything I want to look at or borrow (e.g. DVDs,audio books,books,graphic novels etc.)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There was a line of 20 persons but it was not a long wait. Each visitor is allowed 1 hr in the library with coloured stickers as identification. Well organised and this system allows fair allocation to visitors to the library.

Expect the reference floors to be packed during the weekends
Really Noisy environment with construction drilling work going on and there was a male librarian shelving books that is making lots of noise by talking to himself. Despite multiple attempts to tell him to stop making unnecessary noise, he still continue to make noise. This standard of conduct is totally unacceptable of being a Librarian. NLB please review your hiring policies.
Totally not a proper quiet environment as one might have imagined.
I would recommend readers to head for other places to study

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a quiet Saturday afternoon. Kids were spoilt for choice on what books to borrow. Ample parking which isn't too expensive. Books were neatly arranged and staff available to assist with queries. A good rainy day activity! Tip: Renew your books on the spot for a longer reading period:)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love this library but I often have to alert the librarians to inform users to not treat the place as their chatting place or sitting on the floor next to the shelves blocking users. It happened almost every single time I visited the library. Many people also treat this library as their favorite snoozing place.

There is a little corner for the kids too (: very interactive and engaging !
