β β β β β You can get all your branded beauty products here! Staff for each brand are very helpful, although only 1-2 persons per brand, thus service will be quite slow. Isetan staff not very helpful and don't have good product knowledge.

β β β β β This is a small department store with a limited selection of stuff. Nothing interesting here. The atmosphere is quite dull as the staff just busy themselves with their mobile phones or chatting with fellow co-workers. Although this store spans over 2 storeys, the clothes selection is quite dreary, so are the bags.
I'm always hoping Isetan will come up with something different, or sell some interesting brands of clothes or shoes, but to no avail. People normally just browse around but not buying much.
