★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of my fav outlets of Chanel to go for makeup and perfume replenish. Staff in general are well trained for professionalism, confident, humble and understanding. Met Shane yday and he was patient, friendly through my many requests. Xmas range looks fabulous usual. One thing I hope Chanel can look into being eco-friendly while maintaining the classy elegance packaging. Even the beautiful receipt holder can save good few trees if there is an option to not have any receipt.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shane from Chanel @ raffles city shopping centre was really pleasant! I usually have very nonchalant services by chanel staff. But Shane was really nice. When choosing a new foundation product, he was able to identify my skin tone accurately even before testing it (which is really rare for any foundation I purchase). The service was quick and straightforward. Thanks Shane! (Visit was on 12/11/21)
