★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Online ordered 2 sliced cakes for self collection but after collecting and opening the box, I realized they gave me the wrong order for 1 of the sliced cakes. They gave me another flavor instead of the one I ordered. (I mean what could go wrong? It's just 2 simple sliced cakes) Sent an email/ig message to them and they resolved the issue by allowing me to choose 2 sliced cakes of my preferred choice on my next visit. Good customer service and recovery I would say. Will purchase again from them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very lousy cake ordered. Nothing different from roadside cake shop (or even worse). The cake base is sponge that can absorb water (hard) and I taste no hokkaido milk as advertised. Not worth the $50 for mere 18cm cake. Don't waste time and money to buy cakes from them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One the more pricey Japanese cakes and desserts. But it’s going to be as they import all their pastries, cakes and puffs directly from japan. Their cream boasts Hokkaido milk. Very tasty and fulfilling.

However today‘s puff seems 30% smaller than what I had the previous time? Amount of cream was lesser as well. A little disappointed! Hope the quality can be consistent/better next time! > 3*
Subsequent visit: Matcha mochi - delish! 5*!
