G	Gabby Fantasy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. New cakes from Chaterise are always surprises. 2. This cake was nice and tasty. 3. The shop has a small seating area which is good for a cake perk up. Customers are only allowed to stay for 30 mins which is fair and adequate. 4. 1 star was not given by me because the shop did not have napkins nor serviettes. I was surprised at this as this is a Japanese establishment.

C	Coffee Tree on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really like the cake. I just bought some cake from Chateraise Singpost center. However, their customer service is really bad. I’m not a difficult or fussy person. I stand at the counter about 3 mins, two of their staff saw me, but nobody approve to me. After a while finally there is a female staff with spectacle approve me. But one thing is my fault lah, I’m not fluent in English, then I saw she is a chinese the I talk Chinese. So I told the staff “我要这个” I never call the item name. Then their staff look at me like I own her 1million like that, told me that 你要哪一个？！可以讲名字吗？! OK then I tell her, then she continue 还有什么？！At least she can talk to me politely”. Then I buy and go. Her attitude was really not polite. She should attend customer service training/course.
F	Fung Ruby on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The mango tart is not fresh, the pastry is not crunchy, can tell it’s been kept for a while. Mango tastes and smells unnatural, maybe it’s added with some syrup? Not sure. And the portion is small. The cream layer is very thin too. I don’t think it worths $6. I tried mango tart in Chatersise in Hong Kong, totally another story. Here needs quality check and improvement ASAP. And the service attitude of the staff is bad. Especially the cashier. She looks grumpy and the tone is rude... doesn’t feel comfortable to enjoy sitting here becoz of that. It could have been a nice place to enjoy the desserts and coffee. Only the latte is okay, but will not come again.

Love their mocha cream puffs, Ice cream, Millie crepe cake, cheesecake & etc. Pricing above average but worth paying for the quality ingredients used. Awesome place to get your sweet tooth satisfied. Definitely a place for dessert lovers.
W	Wing on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always bought cakes from them. The taste is very standard and stable. A never go wrong choice. Sometimes they have seasonal special flavour, it’s worth to try occasionally. And it will never disappointed your friends when it’s their birthday. My personal favourites are strawberry short bread and mont Blanc. One of the best in Singapore. I also love the puffs and milky ice cream.
