★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience with this outlet for grab delivery online. I ordered 3 items and turns out 2 items were out of stock (but during order it says there were stocks)
They then proceed to charge me with only the 1 item - just a lozenges for ($2.50) and make me pay $5 for the grab delivery service!
Please explain and do a customer compensation or else I will lodge a direct complaint both to Cheers, Grab and social media.
